Katie was amazing as our month of coordinator for our tea ceremony and wedding reception. She was not only extremely kind and cheerful, but also hard working and responsive. She went above and beyond to get to know us early on in the process (about a year out from our actual wedding reception) and checked in on us periodically throughout the year (even though she was under no obligation to do so). She even brought us home-baked cookies when we first met her! We had a highly customized wedding since our venue was a raw space in Brooklyn, New York. Katie developed an extremely detailed, thoughtful timeline. She was a huge source of support during the month leading up to the event when we had to be in constant communication with our vendors. ...If you want an incredible person helping guide you through your many wedding tasks, you should definitely hire Katie.

Katie helped me plan my wedding in so many different ways. She gave practical advice in creating timelines for the day of, day before, and rehearsal. She listened to exactly what I wanted for table numbers, a seating chart, and menus for the reception and then created them for me and found the best place to print them QUICKLY and for a very reasonable price that fit well within my budget. When it came to things I wasn't as sure about, she helped me find different photos that led me to better choose the exact style I not only hoped for, but also that fit beautifully with everything else I had already chosen! She was willing to help with whatever I wanted and needed, and went above and beyond, even getting breakfast for my wonderful bridesmaids the morning of getting ready. If you want someone who will make you feel as important as you hope to on and before your wedding day, who has experience planning not only their own gorgeous wedding, but others as well, then Katie is perfect for you.
